ok my X3 is annoying me....

i drive my X3 to school and found out the seat belt is soo annoying.. it keep locking me up and i can't do head check or whatever... is it normal to u guys?? or i need to bring my car for check up? i ask my dealer they say is their safty and i say is dangerous locking me up and i can't do a head check..

Normally it shouldn't lock unless your moving at 1000 miles per second in your seat. If it locks you up when your just moving slowly to turn your head or what ever, then there is obviosly a problem that you need to explain/show them.

My seat belt will lock up on me at times when I press the brake while coming up to a traffic light or stop sign. It's not unheard of but what is the worst that can happen if you take it, or took it already, to the dealership to have that looked at?
